Course 1:

Using a small sauce pan use 2oz of stock or water and add to pan with pulled pork, heat until reduced then add half 1/3 of infused cajun bbq to pan, remove from heat set aside, place corn muffins in microwave for 15-20 sec until warm, add butter to melt, then place pulled pork on top with remaining infused cajun bbq sauce, pickled onions and enjoy!!!

Course 2: Preheat oven to 350F

Place chicken breast and put a thin layer of stock or water on  pan. Heat for 10-15 min.  Heat until stock/water has evaporated, while chicken is heating place orzo in a pan with butter and warm orzo, then put creole tomato sauce in pan with 1oz (half the container it came in) with water or stock and heat for 2-3 minutes. Heat infused white pepper sauce in small pan with 2 oz of milk/cream or water 1-2 mins, remove from heat set aside. Pull chicken  from oven place on top of orzo, add potato salad to your plate and enjoy with infused white pepper sauce!!

Course 3: Pour peach compote and infused banana creme anglaise and enjoy!! (Munchies TIP: heat up brownie for 20 secs and just add your favorite ice cream to it too!!)
